Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Here's what you need to know:

1. All Sales Are Final

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

3. Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to postal issues. We recommend contacting the carrier directly if your package is missing or delayed.

4. Shipping Address Errors

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check all shipping information before checkout.
