By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Details

All of our products are handmade or customized to order. We strive for accuracy in descriptions and photos, but slight variations may occur due to personalization or monitor differences.

2. Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.

• Shipping: We use USPS or other standard carriers. Delivery times vary depending on location and service level.

• Tracking: All orders include tracking information once shipped.

3. Personalization Policy

Please double-check spelling, names, and custom details at checkout. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer. Personalized items are made exactly as entered.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, unless your order has already been started. Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

All designs and images are the property of Haute Pink Creations and may not be reproduced, copied, or sold without permission.
